Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki  is a stress reduction and relaxation on hands technique.  Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatments, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed health care professional.  Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple treatments to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary to bring the system back into balance.  I understand and believe that self-improvement requires commitment on my part, and that I must be willing to change in a positive way if I am to receive the full benefit of a Reiki treatment.  Session will finish with a drum wash over the body.    Fully clothed on a zero gravity chair or a massage table.  (Also available is Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki® – a deeper experience; details www.reiki.org)

Sessions

Reflexology is a holistic healing method which involves pressure and massage of the reflex points located on the feet.  It is the gentle application of pressure, using specific thumb and finger techniques.  This pressure is applied to the points on the feet that reflect areas, organs and glands of the body.   Reflexology teaches that a vital energy, or life force, circulates between the organs of the body, permeating every living cell and tissue.   A full session improves circulation, creating a sense of warmth and often restoring some sensation.  The process involved with this holistic method allows for an elimination of toxins from the body, as well as restoring peace of mind and a deep sense of wholeness.  Session will include Young Living Essential oils utilizing the Rainbow Technique on the spine area of the foot, along with Tuning Forks and will finish with a drum wash over the body.  Session on a zero gravity chair.

Organic lotion (your choice of) are applied at the end to include a totally relaxing massage.

Thai Yoga Bodywork stimulates and balances the flow of healing energy within the body, opening the meridian areas which are blocked, bringing the person deeper into balance and harmony for health, happiness and wellness of being.  This system creates a powerful release of stress and tension, an increase in vitality and wellbeing and it deepens the connection between mind, body and spirt in both the giver and receiver.  Session will finish with a drum wash over the body.  Fully clothed and on a floor mat. Wear comfortable stretchy type clothing.

Root to Crown Tantric Breath is a guided meditative technique, utilizing deep breaths, staying grounded while focusing on each Chakra.   I understand that my involvement is for self-healing at my own breath pace.  Fully clothed on a zero gravity chair or a massage table.

Access Bars - Magical and healing experience utilizing 32 points on the head.

Healing Consultation is a 15 minute free service offered to determine what session your body/mind/spirit truly desires to return to optimal joyful wellbeing.
